Police allegedly found 12 guns, a gallon plastic bag with marijuana and a small quantity of methamphetamine, according to an arrest report obtained by The Associated Press. Police also say they found Xanax prescription pills in his home.
Russell’s attorney David Chesnoff tells PEOPLE that the reality star looks forward to putting the matter behind him.
“We will be analyzing what was allegedly found and whether the alleged seizure was lawful in a courtroom, not in the media,” Chesnoff says in a statement. “Austin has great faith in the judicial system as do I and looks forward to a just resolution of the matter.”
According to the police report, the weapons police allegedly seized included handguns and rifles, including an assault-style MP5. Russell, 33, was arrested on 19 weapon and drug charges in his Las Vegas home after a police raid, with officers there as part of a sexual assault investigation. He was not charged in the sexual assault case, and so far, no charges have officially been filed against him for the weapons or drugs. He was released after posting a $62,000 bail.
A source told PEOPLE last week that Russell is known for his hard partying.
“He has a gun and smokes a lot of weed,” the source said.

Though the History Channel, which airs Pawn Stars, has declined to comment on the case, a source close to the network told PEOPLE last week, “They are just letting the justice system play out for right now.”
Russell is scheduled to appear in court on May 23.
