Susan Sarandon is firing back at those who tell women they should vote for Hillary Clinton because of her gender.
“I don’t vote with my vagina,” Sarandon wrote on Twitter. Adding that “it’s so insulting to women to think that you would follow a candidate JUST because she’s a woman.”
HRC doesn’t rep my interests, @BernieSanders does. Simple as that. (3/3)

The actress joined Artists for Bernie and first voiced support for the candidate in September.
She was critical of Clinton’s vote to authorize the Iraq War at a rally for Sanders in Iowa last month.
Sarandon isn’t Sanders’ only famous female supporter. Model Emily Ratajkowski spoke at rally in support of the candidate in New Hampshire February 8.
Hi New Hampshire! I’m so happy to be here for @berniesanders and to speak at the rally tonight! It will be streaming online at www.berniesanders.com, I will be on around 5:30! ❤️ Wearing a sweater designed by the wonderful @grantknits #feelthebern #votetogether ❄️
